Receiving
Incoming crop is received and sampled. Moisture, impurity profile and incoming quality are recorded to establish the starting point for line settings.
Plan an integrated line around crop, capacity, quality targets, site footprint and utilities.

Each stage is configured around incoming crop quality and the target product specification; not every line requires every step.
Incoming crop is received and sampled. Moisture, impurity profile and incoming quality are recorded to establish the starting point for line settings.
Stalks, straw, dust and oversized or lightweight impurities are removed with suitable screens and aspiration, reducing the load on downstream equipment.
Stones, metal and particles with different density or aerodynamic behaviour are separated where required. Equipment is selected for the sample and target quality.
Screen apertures or calibration settings divide the material into size fractions. Target dimensions and the number of fractions follow the product specification.
Where needed, optical sensors detect differences in colour, shape or visible defects and reject unsuitable kernels from the product stream.
Cleaned product is transferred to suitable silos or bins. Moisture, ventilation, product flow and separation between batches are considered.
The finished product is weighed and filled to the target pack size. After sealing, labelling and batch identification, it is prepared for dispatch.
